Position: Software Developer and Consultant

Biography:
Matt Overstreet is Strategy Café’s Software and Infrastructure Architect as well as its Software Developer and Consultant. Matt is an integrative thinker with a proven ability to bring about rich process improvement. He possesses an extremely broad knowledge of the many aspects of Information Technology.

As such, Matt works with our clients to design and implement new software that better suits the needs of the company.

Most recently Matt worked at Capital One as an architect/developer for a desktop network comprising over 20,000 workstations. His work with automated workstation support software resulted in several pending patents.

During his career in IT he has worn many hats; from Saturday afternoons on his dad's knee compiling C games for the families Unix workstation, to his work as a "bit plumber" supporting large networks, to developing highly distributed grid-based security applications, to his work designing software for and managing a large Windows XP migration project.
